This site is not about trying to be an encyclopedia or directory on topics, for example 'Massage' or 'Meditation' etc., but rather a 'review' of processes I know work, most of them from my own experience, and which can definitely help you.


Breathing Exercises for Relaxation, Relaxation for Breathing Exercises - aren’t they the same? These two ‘activities’ are so related to each other, that they are dependent on each other.


Deep breathing exercise will lead to relaxation and Relaxation practice will automatically deepen your breath.


This is your very own tool to learn and practise proper breathing, an easy way as it is a guided relaxation breathing exercise, you just have to lie back and enjoy following my words!


Accumulated emotional upsets keep us tense and can lead to anxiety, nervous breakdown or even a heart attack.


So it is imperative to learn to breathe the right way and therefore access an easy level of relaxation to help relieve stress.


You will notice that after just very little time you feel relaxed and comforted by the waves of your breath, a very pleasant sensation indeed.


Deep breathing also brings more oxygen to the body, cleansing the ‘sick chi’ as the Chinese would say, ie getting rid of old, used up, polluted energy. This process of deep breathing will save you from countless illnesses.


Did you know that most Chi Kung exercises in China treat cancer using breathing techniques that emphasise oxygen intake by the body, as cancer cells are oxygen-starved cells?


So, although this is not indicated in the Free Audio , while doing the exercise just visualise on each in-breath, oxygen or clear vital energy entering your body and that on each out-breath, polluted energy leaves the body.
