Learning Massage Techniques is a precious skill as it is one of the easiest way to relieve stress and, as the famous late 20th Century Indian spiritual Master Osho said, it is important because "love has disappeared in the modern world".
This site is not about trying to be an encyclopedia or directory on topics, for example 'Massage' or 'Meditation' etc., but rather a 'review' of processes I know work, most of them from my own experience, and which can definitely help you.

I trained in a variety of Massage Techniques, such as:
Swedish Healthcare and Relaxation, Taoist Massage, Shiatsu, Magnetic, Lymphatic Drainage, Skin Rolling and Chair Massage. I used Reiki as part of my sessions too.

to choose from.
With the help of massage videos (that you will have access to in time), which show some of my favourite Massage Techniques, you can train yourself and share your new skills with family and friends.
